Why your order takes two weeks (and why we are not hiding it)

Compression therapy socks, four pairs

Delivery takes 10 to 20 business days. That is longer than you are used to, and we would rather explain it than bury it in a policy page.

We do not own a warehouse

Most stores our size buy stock up front, store it, and ship from one building. That model is fast. It is also expensive, and the cost lands on the price tag — along with the risk that the shop guessed wrong about what people want and now has a room full of it.

We work the other way round. We partner directly with the specialist suppliers who actually make each category, and your order ships from them. No warehouse rent, no dead stock, no guesswork markup.

What that buys you

Two things. Range: over 4,500 products across categories no single warehouse would ever stock together — wrench organisers next to compression socks next to cat furniture. And price: you are not subsidising storage for something that sat unsold for eight months.

What it costs you

Time. Your parcel travels further, and it clears customs on the way. There is no way around that, and any store promising two-day delivery on this kind of range is either much more expensive or not telling you the whole story.

Things that look wrong but are not

Your tracking shows nothing for a few days. Tracking numbers are issued at dispatch but often take three to five days to activate in the carrier system. Silence in that window is normal.

Your order arrives in separate parcels. If you bought a kitchen item and a car accessory, they came from different specialists. You are never charged twice for this.

Our side of the deal

Because we ask you to wait, we make the rest easy. Thirty days to return anything unused. If an item arrives damaged, a photo is usually enough — you keep it, we refund or replace. And an email to atlasbay.support@gmail.com reaches a person, not a queue, with an answer inside one business day.

That is the trade. Slower, wider, cheaper, and honest about which is which.
