How we ship
AtlasBay works directly with specialist suppliers rather than holding stock in a single warehouse. That keeps our prices low and our range wide — it also means your order travels a little further to reach you. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, public holidays and peak seasons can add time.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email once the parcel leaves the facility. Tracking information can take 3–5 days to become active after dispatch — this is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.
Split deliveries
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are not charged extra for this.
Customs and duties
Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in the price you pay us.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at atlasbay.support@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
